You can easily switch between subscriptions. Your changed subscription has a minimum duration of 1 month.

If you switch to a more expensive subscription, your new subscription will take effect immediately. You will directly pay the additional subscription costs per iDEAL.

When you change your subscription and the new subscription costs are lower than the one you initially had, the change will take effect on the first day of the following month, provided that the request for downgrade is made on or before the 19th of the current month.

When you sign up for a new subscription it is possible to change to another variant* right away.

Changing your subscription is possible in your Club Pathé account, under the heading My subscription.

*Within the first four months of membership, it is not possible to change your Family, Unlimited, or Unlimited Gold subscription to the Explorer subscription. the other way around is possible.

A subscription is usually blocked due to outstanding invoices. In your Club Pathé account, you can check the status of your invoices and pay outstanding invoices immediately. The subscription will then be active again within 60 minutes.

Have you only had your subscription for a few days? Check your e-mail, your photo may be rejected and therefore your subscription is temporarily blocked. You will receive an e-mail when your photo is rejected.

With Unlimited, Unlimited Gold and Family there is an option to pause your subscription for one month once per calendar year. A pause can only be requested in your personal Club Pathé account. This can be done from 1 month in advance.

The paused period always starts on the 1st of a month and is applied for a full calendar month. You will still receive an invoice that needs to be paid. The paid invoice will later be decucted as a discount on the next invoice after the pause month. You can request the pause up to and including the last day of the current month for a pause the month after.

When your subscription is paused, you cannot make reservations for film screenings or make changes to your subscription. This is possible again the first day after your paused month is over.

Pause cancellation

Canceling a pause can only be done in the month in which it was requested, before the 17th of that month. For example: if you request a pause on October 14, the pause will apply from November 1st through November 30th. You can undo the pause request before October 17, from the 17th it is final.

Exceptions

Explorer does not allow you to take a month's pause. However, you can always use your monthly visit a month later, including the Extra 1 adult add-on if you have one.
