Upgrade subscription
You can easily switch between Bundles. Your Bundle has a minimum duration of 1 month. If you switch to a more expensive subscription, your new subscription will take effect immediately. A new invoice will be issued for the difference in subscription costs, which will be collected through an additional automatic payment.
When creating your new subscription, it is also possible to switch Bundles within the first 4 months*. Bundles also have a minimum duration of 1 month. When purchasing a new subscription, you can immediately change it to a more expensive option.
*Within the first 4 months of a new subscription, it is not possible to change from an unlimited variant (Unlimited, Gold, Family) to an Explorer bundle.
Your subscription change can be made in your Club Pathé account under the section "my subscription".
Downgrade subscription
You can easily downgrade between the Family, Unlimited, or Unlimited Gold subscriptions*. This change will take effect from the first day of the following month. From that point, the new rate will be applied to the next invoices.
Your changed Bundle has a minimum duration of 1 month. If you switch to a cheaper Bundle, the change will always take effect from the first of the month. If you’ve just created the subscription, you can only modify it one month after creation. The change will then take effect with the next invoice.
*Within the first four months of membership, it is not possible to change your Family, Unlimited, or Unlimited Gold subscription to the Explorer subscription.

Change profile picture
The subscription photo can be changed if it is outdated, rotated, or does not meet the requirements set by Pathé. You can only change the photo if you have received a request by email for it. In other cases, it is not possible to modify your photo. Check the photo requirements on the Pathé website.
Change bank account number
You can easily change your bank account number in your Club Pathé account. Click on "my subscription" and then on "Change bank account number". Select your new bank and confirm it via iDEAL. You will need to pay €0.01, and this cent will be adjusted in the next invoice.
Change password
Go to "forgot password" to set a new password. Enter your email address and press send. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. This link is valid for 3 hours.

Cancel subscription
The easiest way to cancel your Pathé subscription is through your Club Pathé account on our website. Log in to your account, go to the section "my subscription" to view your subscription details. At the bottom of the page, you can cancel your subscription by clicking "cancel subscription."
The cancellation notice is one month, meaning your subscription ends one month after you cancel it. Please note there is a minimum subscription period of 4 months.
Example: If you cancel your subscription on January 15, your subscription will run until February 15. For February, you will receive an adjusted invoice at the end of January because you only need to pay for the first 15 days of February.
Right of withdrawal
Immediately after the contract is concluded, your subscription becomes active, and you can use the Pathé subscription.
When you have signed up, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. If you have already used the subscription during these 14 days, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the services provided. This amount will not exceed the subscription fee for one month.

Death
If a loved one has passed away, we offer our condolences. You can stop the subscription by sending us the death certificate through our contact form. Once we process it, we will immediately cancel the subscription.
