Where can I find my digital pass?

The Club Pathé membership is fully digital. You view the digital pass when you are logged in with your Club Pathé account in the Pathé App or on the mobile website. Click on the pass icon in the Pathé App to see your digital pass, on the mobile website you will see your pass in the menu.

 

 

Does my digital pass also work if I have no reception/internet?
You need an internet connection to be able to load the digital pass on the Pathé App or via the mobile website. Without a connection or reception you cannot see the pass.

 

 

I cannot find my digital pass in the app, what should I do?
Check whether you are logged in with the correct account, to which the pass is linked. Have you not logged in with your Club Pathé account before? Then set your password first.
