Savings program
With your Club Pathé account you save for discounts and other perks! For every €1.00 you spend on tickets, snacks and drinks at Pathé, you receive 10 points! You can exchange your saved points for various discount vouchers or free products in the shop. In addition, there are fun promotions that you can participate in regularly.
Save points
When you buy your tickets in the cinema at the ticket machine or at the box office, scan your subscription or the digital Club Pathé pass before payment and the points will be added to your account automatically. If you buy tickets via the website or the Pathé app with your Club Pathé account, the points will be added after the end of the screening.
You can also save points when you buy snacks or drinks in the cinema. All you need to do is have your subscription or digital Club Pathé pass scanned before paying. You will not receive any points for deposits on cans or PET bottles.
Your points will be awarded to your account no later than 24 hours after the screening or transaction in the cinema. If you have not received the points after that, please contact Pathé customer service. Please include proof of payment for your purchase with your message, such as a ticket reference or a receipt.
The collected points remain valid for one year, after which they expire. When ordering products in the shop, the oldest points will automatically be used.
Redeem points
You can redeem your points in the shop for various discount vouchers or free products. In the shop you can see how many points you need for a product and whether you may have to pay extra in the cinema. Add your products to the shopping cart and pay swiftly and easily with your points. You will receive a digital voucher that you can redeem in the cinema. View the shop now!
Log in
To use your Club Pathé account, you need to log in. You do this with your email address and the password you have set. For security reasons, we also ask you to fill in a reCAPTCHA. It is also possible to log in with your Facebook, Google or Apple account. If you experience problems logging in, first request a new password. If you are still unable to log in or experience other problems, please contact Pathé Customer Service.
Log out
If you want to log out of your Club Pathé account, you can do so by going to your profile on the website and clicking on 'log out' under your name. In the Pathé App, you can log out by clicking on 'log out' (Android) or on the log out icon (iOS) at the top right of your profile. In the Club Pathé app, you can log out in the 'More' menu. In this menu, you will find the 'Log out' button at the bottom.
Change information
You can easily change your information in your Club Pathé account, under 'profile'. Log in directly to your account. Please note that it is not possible to change the name and date of birth. If your name or date of birth is incorrectly stated on your subscription, please contact Pathé Customer Service.
Right to information / be forgotten
Pathé collects information about its visitors using various visible and invisible methods in order to optimize its products and services, for the purpose of executing an agreement, and to inform visitors about relevant information. You have the right to access this information. You can submit a request by contacting Pathé customer service.
Delete account
You can easily delete a Club Pathé account in your account under the 'profile'. After deleting your account, all your saved points and stamps for promotions will expire. Please note that it is not possible to delete a Club Pathé account if you still have an active Pathé subscription.
